Buying a car should not be an 8 hour process! We spent 5 hours purchasing a used Nissan from
Atlantic Auto Mall. The entire process was uncomfortable and seemed to last forever. The amount of communication breakdown between the Sales dept and Financial managers is unbelievable! We were charged for leather, a sunroof and wood detail which were all "add ons" given to us during our negotiation process. The kicker of the entire thing was the
financial contract was drawn up without a signed buyers agreement. I was told that was impossible and that they had one, but they couldn't produce any record of my signature saying I agreed to buy the car. The arrogance I dealt with was tremendous when the mistake was obviously not mine and it was on their end. I got the " I would never have done anything without a signed contract." I understood that but they still failed to produce a signed record. Its beyond me how the Financial Manager added the leather, and sunroof on his own when the work order in the contract had no price attached to it. The
extra fees that this place adds is ridiculous and actually comical!. They added a fee for adding the warranty and never presented me with the paperwork showing where the number on the contract came from:. The financial manager said "you signed this, it’s a refund charge" I asked him to show me the form with my signature, and to my surprise, he couldn't find it.. Again I was given the arrogant response "you signed this, I'll check the
office tomorrow since its locked up for the night'." This was the second time this guy is telling me I signed something I clearly was never given?. The process didn't end there!. We went in the next day to get a second key made and after 1 1/2 hours, they couldn't get the key to work;. The fact that it took so long to finish the deal should have made me question how legit everything was going to turn out:.
