Atlantic Auto Mall took my money and is trying not to give it back!

I went to Atlantic Auto Mall to buy a used car. I test drove it, all seemed fine. The salesman said I had to leave them $100.00 for the car so they wouldn't sell it, so I did. I left the money on a monday night, I was supposed to have the car in my possession on thursday of the same week. I got no phone call, not a call back when I called, nothing!!! I am really annoyed to say the least. I called on the weekend and was told "Oh, we never got the title in", I said, I never knew we were waiting for a title. I said how can I test drive a car you have no paperwork for, he said it was no big deal. Then he told me he put in for the title to be there in 3 days, I said what happened to the financing, he said Oh no problem, I said I need to know the details, he said well, I can't tell you, you will have to come down here and speak to someone in finance. At this point, they had my money, wouldn't give me the details for the loan unless I went down there, and then, worst of all, I asked for a car fax report and he said he doesn't do that, I would have to do it on my own. SOOOO, I went home and started doing some research to find out that the car he told me was not for sale any longer, because I gave him the money, was in fact for sale and online for $4,000.00 less than he was trying to sell it to me for. I went down there and told them I did not want the car and wanted my money back, they told me that I had to show proof that it was cashed, I said you cashed electronically when I was here, which I DID NOT authorize you to do. They said I must have sighed something saying it was ok, I said I did not, and have copies of what I signed, which says nothing about it, and he said I still had to send them proof and they would then cut me the check. I did that and they never sent the check and the saleperson doesn't even work there anymore. It's now 3 weeks later, I have bought a new car from Habberstad Nissan in Huntington, which was a great experience, and have had it for 2 weeks and Atlantic auto mall still won't give me back my money. My husband has been on the phone with managers all week and then finally they said I would come and get the check today (saturday), and I call and of coarse it's not there. They said Tuesday for sure. I gave them *** to say the least and I told them I will be writing the BBB on this and if my check isn't there on Tuesday, I will call the police.
I was warned about this place before I went there but I thought it would be fine. I should have listened and not gone near these people. The salespeople are horrible and the managers are even worse. This place is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! And on top of it all they are liars just liars and not compassionate at all when they waste your time and do not produce anything they say they will.

Atlantic auto mall, in west Islip the all tell you the are a manager this was my first time buying Nissan and I must say it was my worst expense I ever had in my life the are a bunch of liar I really hate the car now from experience with those finance manager. It sad I know.

The new Atlantic auto mall beware of crooked finance manager @ 193 sunrise hwy, west Islip ny 11795 make sure you ready your contract before sign anything the tell you that if you pay bi weekly with the bank you pay a less finance charge which is a big fat lie also the tell you what the think is right for you like sky guard and few other plan so be ware of those theft THE TAKE MY DOWN PAYMENT FOR THE OWNE USE I CANNOT GET INTOUCH WITH ANYONE WOULD ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO FROM THERE THE LIE AND LIE

I had the same thing happen to me at stevens ford i never got my money back and they are not answering my calls
