Atlantic Auto Mall Nissan dealership in West Islip, N.Y mislead us. My daughter went in to lease a 2011 Nissan Sentra. The whole process took more than 4 hours. They tried every which way to close the deal. Pressure upon pressure. We should have walked out but didn't. When we went to see the financial rep!. he overcharged us by 3000 dollars:. We caught that and said he would make it right..

The real problem is we got in the mail today an extended service contract for 39 months, which we never asked for nor did he tell us he was going to put it in the agreement'. I don't need this protection at a cost of $1500 over 39 months because the bumper to bumper covers this amount of time!. Now I have to deal with Nissan Motors and complain/. This practice should be illegal". Not telling us about this unexpected expense is unethical!. Do not walk, but run from Nissan Auto Mall in West Islip, NY. 35b28fb

You should have wrote a letter to the Attorney General for that complaint. they handle problems as yours.
